We do everything we can to ensure you will be glad with your order in our store - but for any reason if you need to make a return or exchange, we have made some simple steps below:

1.OUR PRODUCT

1.a) Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, the images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only.

2.b) We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the Products, your Products may vary slightly from those images.

2.RETURN

Returns are NOT accepted if they are ineligible products; All ineligible products will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.

2.1 WHAT IS INELIGIBLE PRODUCT?

* The frontal lace was cut or damaged.

* The item was damaged and the original status was changed (washed ,worn, heated etc.)

* Custom and clearance items

* Accessories and Gift Gallery item

2.2 HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

* You’d better contact our customer service first ,then request the RMA slip online.

The RMA slip MUST be applied within 7 days of the date you receive the package otherwise, your return will be rejected.

* Please print the RMA slip or write down your order number and return reasons and send it back with the return package.

* We are NOT responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise or any lost and damaged packages during the return transit.

3.EXCHANGE

1.a) All exchange notices must be received to our office within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request.

2.b) Exchanges are NOT accepted if they are ineligible products. All ineligible products will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.

3.c)Special offers/coupons or gift certificate received for original order are non-transferable to the new exchange order.

4.d)We only accept one time exchange.Once the exchange order is completed, returns for refund will not be acceptable.
